Microsoft 365
Messages submitted through the contact form are processed through our Microsoft 365 environment and delivered to our internal email system.
Microsoft may therefore process the name, email address, subject and message that you submit through the form on our behalf as a technology service provider.
Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare to provide website infrastructure and security services.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or malicious traffic. Turnstile processes limited technical and security-related information about the visitor’s browser and connection for this purpose.
Turnstile does not receive the name, email address, subject or message that you enter into our contact form.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics services on this website, and website fonts are hosted locally rather than loaded from external font providers.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep information submitted through the contact form only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and complete any relevant follow-up.
We may retain information for longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
When the information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our applicable retention practices.
7. Who has access to your personal data?
